I am not getting any work at all. Had 2 say the work units were suspended because GPU was missing. It is not missing at all. I tried resetting the project 2 days ago and no luck.

Any suggestions?

If you're running Windows, did the OS auto-update the driver for you? Have you tried re-installing the GPU driver?

What really matters for getting work is wether GPU is missing for BOINC or not.
Depending on the operating system in affected computer, BOINC Manager's Event Log register should indicate at its beginning something like this:

as i mentioned in reply to your previous post about the same thing in another thread. it's easier for people to help and make suggestions if you unhide your systems so we can see what kind of system you have and what might be misconfigured.

Did you install the BOINC manager in "protected mode" aka "as a service"? In this scenario GPUs are invisible to the BOINC manager and for the projects within. If this is the case, you should reinstall the BOINC manager without marking the checkbox of "protected mode".

Thanks for the replies!. I cannot locate an option to allow to view my computer. I set the preferences when I first started doing Seti in the late 1990s and have not looked back. I have no problem with people viewing my unremarkable computer.

GenuineIntel
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz [Family 6 Model 94 Stepping 3]
(8 processors) --- Microsoft Windows 10
Core x64 Edition, (10.00.19041.00) 26 Oct 2020 | 3:45:16 UTC

Nvidia GTX 960M updated recently to driver 456.71 on 10/7.

Einstien is running just fine. My only issue is with GPUGRD.net.

I did not install with protected mode, nor have I seen that option.

For grins I uninstalled and reinstalled Boinc to see what happens.

Also, Sorry for the double posting. I could not find it again.

FYI - 2 projects downloaded. I will see what happens. Hopefully all will be well again in BOINCsville.

Thanks so much for your help! It seems all is well and you should also be able to see my computer.

Have the same problem.

Server status is OK on GPUgrid.net
My computer is not getting any work.

GPU is listed on the beginning of the loading of Windows / BOINC.
All settings mentioned here are correct.

Does anybody have the same issues? 🤷‍♂️

The FAQ will assist with some of the issues you are seeing:

If any further issues, list the specific host so further troubleshooting can occur.

Try taking a look to this FAQ - Acemd3 application and driver versions thread.
Some of your hosts may need a driver update.

Don't forget Toni posted he dropped all app versions lower than CUDA100.

So you need minimum level of drivers to support CUDA 100 for Linux and CUDA 101 for Windows.
