I have many problems with ACEMD 3 WU https://www.gpugrid.net/results.php?hostid=170784 - only errors for this host. Currently I stop getting new WU for the host.

There is a message indicating "upload failure". Maybe some firewall or antivirus configuration?

There is still a difference that on a host where there is no problem wrapper for Windows 10, and on a problem host for Windows 7.

UP: I do not know what address is used to upload to the server. Please tell me where to look at it, then I will put logs on the gateway for all such events.

I read messages saying "Detected memory leaks"

Such messages are always present in Windows. They are not related to successful or not termination. If an error message is present, it's elsewhere in the output.

P. S. in addition, I really do not like that the new version of acemd3 completely utilizes the whole CPU core.
Sorry for that. It won't change, so you have to accept that. We had a performance degradation in the past (especially with high-end GPUs) when the app didn't use a full CPU thread unless it was instructed to do so.

It's not related to this problem, but do not use Windows 7. Even your Core 2 Duo E8500 is capable of running Windows 10.

It's most probably www.gpugrid.org. (It's the same as www.gpugrid.net and www.ps3grid.net, and grosso.upf.edu.).
You can check it on your working host, when it actually uploads the result. Start an elevated (run as administrator) command prompt, and use the
netstat -b -n
command. Then look for boinc.exe, most probably it will show the 84.89.134.145 IP address. If you omit the "-n" switch, then you will see urls instead of IP addresses, but the command will run slower (because it does reverse IP lookup for each IP address). In this case you'll see grosso.upf.edu listed for boinc.exe.

The errors reported by your host are generally relate to local file system and copy process:
<error_code>-240 (stat() failed)</error_code>

The stat() function is used by GPUgrid to manipulate files on the local system. Such errors generally point to AV, local file permissions/paths or Hard Disk corruption.
the first place to check is your Anti Virus solution.
Ensure the ProgramData\Boinc folder is excluded from AV scanning and/or whitelist your boinc related files, especially the ProgramData\Boinc\Slots folder, sub folders and files.
The AV has probably quarantined the completed task file before it can be uploaded.
