Dears, we added badges for a recent methodological publication, High-Throughput Automated Preparation and Simulation of Membrane Proteins with HTMD.
We describe a procedure to automatically set-up membrane simulations, and show it working en masse on all membrane structures published in the OPM database (hence the WU names you may have seen in the past).
Membrane proteins are quite interesting because they are involved in extra-cellular signalling, not to mention how many of them are drug targets; simulations are especially time-consuming to set-up, and we tried to develop tools to make the process less error-prone.
Thanks to all contributors! |

Thanks for the heads-up, Toni!
Congrats to you, Stefan and Gianni :)

Very cool! Is there a way to get a link to the PDF of the paper sent to the inbox of users who donated to make it happen?
$40 to access it for 48 hours seems pretty expensive given that so many of us paid so much in electrical and equipment costs to make this paper possible.

I don't think it is possible. |

I asked the same question in another post (to have access to the publication).
Nonetheless the university ask for our help but when why ask to have acess to the publication, none respond. Just so wrong !
I have doctors/scientist in a french research center (INRA) on my friend list and I will have access to it (depends on the revew). But, If GPUGrid doesn't take time to at least respond, I will search for another project to help.
