	Hello, I am about to get a SYS4027GR-TR server that holds 8 gpus. Need to know what flavor of windows or Linux you recommend so that all 8 gpus are recognized and work for GPUGRID. I think windows only recognizes a total of 7 Nvidia cards. Right now I am using Windows 8.1 Pro with 6 Nvidia cards on a MSI X87 gamer and all is working ok. I heard that 7 will work on this MB. I will be getting two more gpu cards and I wanted to know if I might hit a road block in gpus being recognized. I think this server will recognize 8 Tesla cards under windows 2012 but not sure. I have four 780 ti and 4 Titans (regular ones). Any advise would be appreciated.

I would think you are getting into 'pointy end of the stick' here with your question, as in you could be one of the FIRST people to ever try that in generic old Windows. Super computers can use hundreds of gpu's to make them faster, but use highly specialized OS's, Windows is for the masses and has limits, you seem to be determined to find them.
