I just had a power outage, and after powering up my PC, my GPUGrid task did not resume properly. It failed with:
Exit status -52 (0xffffffffffffffcc) Unknown error number
SWAN : FATAL Unable to load module .mshake_kernel.cu. (702)

The full log is available below.

Is there anything that can be done to make this scenario resume without dying?

Regards,
Jacob Klein

Just had this same exact error on my first failed task since I started GPUGrid.net. Did you ever discover the cause.

Task 17535888

Power outages and unexpected system restarts and blue screens of death ... are all very bad for GPUGrid.
In my case, it was a power outage.
